The ingredients for this all-in-one Rice Cooker dish includes Rice, Marinated Chicken, Chinese sausages, Salted fish, Shiitake Mushrooms, Ginger and Garlic - which are cooked together in the rice cooker. 🍲🍲🍲

I used Brand's Essence Of Chicken &the Shittake Mushroom soaking water for cooking of the rice to enhance the flavour for this dish. The combination of these two ingredients is just perfect to heightened the extra savouriness of the chicken rice. 🐔🍄🍲
